Not sure if this has put on here yet but dong Wong has agreed a 3 yr deal and will complete medical at end of the month. It also says the fee is £2.2million. I thought it was only going to be £800k?

According to a number of reports, Him and Westwood have both signed - although £2.2m has only been stated in one place

He said today that he's unsure whether to move to us or PSV.

    Am I missing something?

    2010 season - 7 goals in 22 apps
    2011 season - 3 goals in 11 apps

    For the Chunnam Dragons?

He did score 6 goals in 12 apps for South Korea, but that was in the Asian Cup...

Oh well, maybe he'll turn out to be some hidden gem or something.

I think that is what we are all hoping for to be honest. The you tube video that was posted on here when his name first broke, showed that he played a lot on the wings for the Dragons, whereas with South Korea he is played as a striker I believe.

Maybe that explains his strike record at club level?

    ZING.

Not sure. The Premier League is an absolutely massive step up from the K-League though, and even the Asian Cup. €2,500,000 seems a bit mental but hey ho.

His record works out at 1 goal every 3 and a bit games which is not bad

The K-League is probably under League 1 in terms of ability.

You're missing a trick here Syd. Nip over to France at the weekend and get a couple of Iso Containers full of berets shipped over here.

You've worked at SJP before, so you should have no trouble at all getting a licence to sell berets to the Mags on match day ;)

come on Dorset, why go to France, 50 caps from Durham market will do, I will just walk round Nooastle, onions round neck and walk with limp, they now think all the French limp, and I will sell them no bother. They wouldnt know their berets from their bobbies helmet
