So Swanselona you agree with UKIP's main policies, so thats franchising out the NHS to private companies, increasing spending on our armed forces by 40%, putting in place a standard 27% tax rate for everyone from cleaners to business executives, scrapping incapacity benefit for those unable to work. Perhaps its the attraction of Farage who 'despises' the EEC claiming 2 million in expenses or the fact that the three UKIP members for Europe have the worst attendance of any other MEP's.
Its convienient to scapegoat 'Muslims' or 'Islamists' as causing all the problems, stereo typing all Muslims as being the same. Totally denying the valuable contribution made to Britain and its economy. Many Seiks and Hindu's suffer because of this stereotype, Asians all being the same to the blinkered. A UKIP candidate asked how Mo Farah could represent Britain for goodness sake.
Its rare that I agree with Dai on anything but UKIP are a racist party, the BNP dressed up in fancy clothes, if the cap fits wear it. Blaming Muslims for all the troubles in the economy is something an ignorant moron would do.
Their current main policies that they are using, is to do with Europe and the borders, which is what I was referring too, but in regards to all their policies, no I don't agree with them all, hence why I said they are not the long term answer, but they are something that is needed to stir the pot.
In regards to the policies you mentioned:
NHS - Is currently a shambles, I know this as I have been ill for the past 6 years waiting on constant waiting lists to be seen by the NHS, to try and figure out what is wrong with me, the latest episode, was a very nice 10 month wait to see an allergy specialist, 10 months wait for a 5 minute appointment and to be quickly shown the door as he is so over worked that he hasn't got more time to spend with his patients. That's not healthcare.
FORCES - As someone who is pro armed forces, after all I did attempt to serve, (illness im suffering with now got me discharged) so yes I very much agree we need to spend on our forces after the constant cuts it has had to endure. So yes, I am more than happy for them to sort our forces out, we have 1 carrier ffs. What fool decided that one. Ships break down, yet we had no backup. And as someone who wants us out of the EU, I don't want us having to rely on the French, or whatever to sustain our air combat ability. People go on about there is no current threat, or that we don't need a forces, they need to come back to reality.
TAX RATE - Not one I am too keen on, but like I said, I don't agree with them all
INCAPACITY BENEFIT - Is pretty dead anyway isn't it, you can't apply to be put on incapacity benefit now can you? Aren't new claims now put on Employment and Support Allowance, thats what I am on due to being unable to work. Incapacity Benefit is just an old system that some people are still on due to being accepted on it in the past (my Aunt being one of them)
I know there is a difference between Sikhs Hindu's, I lived in London as a child, went to school in mixed community schools, my two best friends were Vishal (Hindu) and Indepal (Sihk) So no I do not class them all as the same, but, there are the minority (see the word minority) that cause problems, and because of the PC world we live in, anyone say anything against it, and we are labelled racist. Such as the whole Subway issue. Say anything bad about them getting rid of pork to serve halal meat only, and you get labelled a racist. Yet the issue is not allowing both meats to be served. It's more racist to STOP serving pork, than it is to continue serving it. But nothing gets said about that. Why because the PC brigade don't like to protect our own way of life, because they are too scared to be labelled racist, they just go around labelling everything racist instead.
How can Mo Farah represent Britain, in regards to what he said, is a somewhat genuine question. I doubt that had anything to do with his colour, and more to do with where he was born, its those with the attitude like yourself which is the more racist, as your bringing his colour into it. Mo Farah was born in Mogadishu in Somalia. The issue is the UKIP candidate described Mo Farah as African, now I don't know about you, but last time I checked, Somalia was in ****ing Africa. There is why the question gets raised. So what's that you said about people being blinkered? Maybe you should stop being blinkered yourself first. What next, can I not be described as welsh or British, incase some stupid **** decides they are being racist instead of saying the truth.
Answer me something Gendros,
Is Mo Farah African?
Is Mo Farah a Somalian?
Am I a European?
Am I Welsh?
What about all the people that have questioned Kevin Peiterson's role in representing the English Cricket team, you gonna label all them racist too? Or because KP is white, its ok? The questions get asked, not because of colour, but because of where they were born. Its people who think it is about colour that are the true racists.
You then have the whole Lenny Henry debacle. Yes what the UKIP candidate said was wrong, well more how he said it I guess. I get the point he was trying to make, its just all been blown out of proportion by the PC brigade. Lenny Henry was on about how ethnic minorities were under-represented on British TV. Well ethnic minorities, are a minority in the country in the first place. Britain is a predominantly white country. Thats not racist, its fact. What about the candidates statement is false? If Lenny Henry wants to see more ethnic minorities on TV, he can do so by going to places where they are the majority, I have no problems with any race being on our TV's, but why is nothing said about Lenny Henry focusing on Africans and Asians? That's more racist that what the candidate said, but because he is not white, they won't say anything. Do you know of any white people who are complaining that we are a minority on Asian TV, or African TV? Well on British TV, in a country that is predominantly white, its normal to have a majority of white people on TV. The only racist in all that is Henry for bringing race into it.
