Thanks to the Rangers fans who expressed concern about the length of Neil Lennon's contract.
I don't have the same concerns, those quoted Sally and Alec McC have time bound contracts, two or three years. Poor Sally's may not be worth paper it is written on if Whyte doesn't like him.
Neil's on the other-hand is open ended and can roll on and on. Neil's contract means he could be at Celtic park for 10 years or longer.
No amount of Rangers rubbish will change that. Its up to him and the board.

Listen I know what sally and Pep are on but Lennon isn't them Pep was given 1 year rolling to prove himself and it has stayed the same because he wants it.
Ally- Well lets be honest he is a rookie it would be a big risk to tie him to a 3 year and he is pish
Martim' O' Neill- Was on a rolling contract as in his own words he wanted the option to get out when needed because of his wife's illness.

Now why has a PROVEN saviour of Celtic only been given a year he has already had a season and a half to prove himself and he hasn't been rewarded?
I'll tell you why it's because THE BOARD DON'T TRUST HIM

    Prestonbear.
Are you a little short in the brains department.
Could you explain to us how Martin O'Neil three years before his wife was diagnosed as having an illness, that she would become ill.

Explanations or apology for posting a stupid post specifically to wind up anti Neil Feelings.

I will have your apology sir as MON signed originally a 3 year contract in 2000 it was only after that in 2003 that he decided he wanted a rolling contract as his wife became ill, now how small brained are you my special friend?

Preston / Blackpool. convienient that you miss out WGS who won 3 out of 4 titles whilst working on a rolling contract. MON did originally sign a 3 year deal but then went onto a rolling contract. He was the first Celtic manager to do it, do you think the board did not trust him?

The fact of the matter is Lennon has been rewarded with a better contract than he was previously on.
