I like the bit about being taught at the Academy how to act off the pitch as well as on it. Players like Bale, Walcott and Chamberlain are all examples of how to be professional. Early success has ruined too many lads if their clubs don't keep an eye on them away from the pitch. Fame and money is a heady combination for any teenager. Stick with your real mates and avoid hangers on is the way to go. Sorry, that's a Mum talking
