Sewerez is 27, if he wants to play for a massive club with a chance of winning the CL at his peak it is now or never for him, Diverpool may be in the CL next season but surely even Goofy can see that (without the favouritism of PL referees) they will just be there to make the numbers up and have little chance of winning it.

Cheaterpool fans` valuation of 80 or 90 million is way over inflated, they may get that amount if he was 23 years old (like Bale) but for Goofy at 27 they will certainly get no more than £60m and probably closer to £40m - £50m.

  5. Without Goofy's dives and cheating ways, 'Pool would have struggled for top 4, this season.

It's certainly a wake up call for Mousers, though, that the Marca machine has already churned into action. It can only go one way, now. Only big clubs can hope to hold onto prized assets like Goofy has been this season, and it's been a very long time since 'Pool has been a big club.

Yes, I do think he's worth only £35-40 million, but I reckon Real will be forced to spend around £60 million to secure his services.

And 'Pool will soon discover that, without their one-man band, obscurity awaits.

  6. Striker Luis Suarez, 27, was spotted making a miraculous recovery in Liverpool's victory over Norwich, seconds after writhing around in agony from a Leroy Fer tackle.

Jamie and Louise bought an apartment on the Albert Dock complex during his time at Anfield and after moving in they decided to get it refurbished to their own design, a plasterer I knew back in the day worked on it and when him and his labourer where moving the bed to plaster the wall they found one of her thongs full of skidmarks(maybe the ones in the pic)

Looking at all the childish misspellings on this Board I'm assuming you spurs fans have an average age of 10 or you all left school early to join your gangs and sell some drugs, mug some grannies, terrorise your own block of flats etc and are a sad indictment of the London education authorities?

I'm also assuming the club gave all you said illiterates a vote in the transfer market with the crap you threw your only lottery ticket winnings away on. Calling us a small club? Don't make me laugh, well laugh more at you sad cretins than we all already do.

You're a bug smudge on the grill of football.

Why are we talking about a player who left last summer? It was Barca wasnt it? Madrid maybe? No definitely Bayern because his agent is Guardiola's brother, no, no I'm completely wrong it was only Arsenal that put in an offer. I definitely know he signed a deal in December that takes him past 2018 at whatever club it is he's in.

I tell you what though, Liverpool's owners must be smoking something because if they had hanged on to him they may have challenged for the title, surely would have made the champions league, and that would have been worth far more than the £40mill +£1 they excepted. If only we could have listened to the wise words of your managerial genius about selling your best talent.

Misses the point entirely. Whether he goes or stays will be down to Suarez. If Real genuinely do want him, and he is determined to go, you will find it next to impossible to hang on to him.

In the case of both Bale and Modric, they had had their heads turned by the interest of one of the greatest, and probably the most prestigious clubs in the world. Both were determined to leave for Madrid. As there is very little point keeping an unhappy, unsettled player, levy did all he could do - screw every last penny out of the deal.

Whether your reaching the CL this year will be enough to persuade Suarez to stay, remains to be seen. But if Real come knocking and he's determined to go, there will only be one outcome, IMO.
