    Morning Everyone,

McDermott says it was his decision to wear a tracksuit in a 2-0 win over Blackpool, on his daughters instructions

In an interview with an Italian newspaper on Tuesday, Cellino claimed the suggestion was his. “I told him to go on the bench dressed that way,”

Cellino went on to say “He is the coach, I am the manager.”

Cellino also took credit for the tactical use of Luke Murphy against Blackpool, a game in which Murphy scored twice. Speaking yesterday, McDermott said: “My daughter’s been on at me for the last year to wear a tracksuit.

She’s always saying ‘get rid of the suit, get rid of the suit.’ “I made my mind up last week to make the change – before I spoke with Massimo on Thursday – but when we talked, he told me I should wear a tracksuit too. I said ‘actually, I’ve already decided I will.’

Does this mean we have a new Manager?

Will Cellino be picking the team?

    Can this partnership work?

If you could turn back the clock and pick two Leeds legends to return (one living, one dead) to play for us, who would they be and why?

    Who's going down this season?

My living one would be Gordon Strachan, and my dead one would have to be Billy

Morning Elland, don't really want Cellino getting involved on that side of things, but we knew what he was like and we'll just have to put up with it.

I'd have John Charles back, never saw him play live, but did see him when he was introduced to the crowd years ago. Probably J.Giles of the living ones or maybe P.Reaney....<ok>

Morning all. Bremner and Giles for me. Only problem, they'd be red carded within ten minutes of start of every game. What the hell is Shaks doing up before me <laugh>

John Charles because he was said to be world class in 2 positions.

Would also love Olivier Dacourt back (only because I had to pick one that I could remember too)

Morning all - Regarding the McD tracksuit issue it doesn't bother me who's idea it was. As long as McD kisses ass with Cellino he will be safe if he can put a few wins together. I still expect him to be out come the end of the season.

Cellino is obviously going to pick his own players and McD will be expected to coach them, I know nobody likes the way Cellino works in this area but it is a MUST if he isn't going to change with his short contract and fire them outlook.

What good would it be giving McD or any other manager any kind of budget to spend on players then 12 months later we have a new manager wanting to bring his own people in.

It might not be the ideal situation but we are going to have to get used to it.
