Haven't got a clue who was involved but if I was a Swansea player I'd have wanted to knock him out for those 2 bookings v Chelsea. It was moronic.

They showed, with how poor Chelsea were in front of goal, there could have been points there had he not been so stupid. Just hope Chelsea bring those shooting boots to Wales in May.

To get the item, click on football from the menu and then scroll down for the article.

I'm not glad that it's happened to Swansea but pleased that the negative media focus has moved on to another club - for the time being. I'm sure there will be another VT-ism coming along soon. <doh>

Looks like the Prem league are to investigate City's claims about the spy in the camp for Palace. If it is found that Moody tried to get team information by foul means, I wonder what punishment will be inflicted and to whom. If the trail leads to the team management as opposed to just Moody then the outcome could be very interesting.

At the least Moody could be visiting the job centre again soon.

Yes this is worrying but so typical of the Monk regime sadly because he has his favourites and it shows. An amateurish decision to appoint him in the first place.

As you rightly say it'll take the spotlight off you lot for a short while until Mr Tan does what he does best.

However, this is the Daily Mail. Hardly the pinnacle of journalism - most of they write about is gossip.

Or possibly what some allege Tan to have done because that's what they would like to believe?

Interesting to read Bony's wages. Derisory compared to other PL strikers at bigger PL clubs. He won't be there next season regardless of them staying up when bigger PL teams come in waving 6 figure weekly wage packets at him.

No Sparks, everything written in the press about Tan and said on the forums should be regarded as fact because no one likes him.

Just scanned over the daily fail article, supposedly before the Chelsea game. I'm sure Chico's contribution really improved the mood on Monday then..........

Swansea have the quality to stay up but as Palace are proving winning games not squad stats keep you in this league and they're not very good at that right now.

    Don't disagree with that.

Yes, Tan is a model owner. :/

Anything that might go badly for a rival in the drop zone and I'm happy as a pig in ****.

Glad we can agree on something, but who over here has ever said "Tan is a model owner"?

There are very few who qualify for that accolade, and most of them are Airfix enthusiasts, not football club owners. <ok>

Not even about problems at our club, but that don't stop some making it about Tan.
    Obvious person is obvious.

    Sweet!
Are you referring to BfB's VT-ism comment? Comment #3

No Bob, I think our fans are entitled to refer to such things on this board, Blue was just marking references.
    The obvious comes next.

Ah! But can we have faith in what appears to be obvious? My own theory is that uncle Vincent hasn't been anywhere near our beloved football club for just under a year. The guy you see at our games is an imposter - a fake Tan as it were.

Great to see you back Clingo - you have been sorely missed.

As for the Swansea punch up - to be honest it's nice to see the players showing a bit of passion for a change! ;)

But it's all a storm in a teacup; three separate occasions of 'handbags' and all the naughty pants kissed and made up afterwards bless 'em! Gawd, it must be awfully stressful being a Premier League football player, wondering where your next decent meal is going to come from.

Glad to see you back mate - was always a fan of your well considered and fair posts on the old 606 - hope you become a regular over here again! <cheers>
