I think that Western Hymn might turn out to be a bit special. Been very impressed with him both starts to date and the penny still definitely hasn't dropped yet.

Lovely performance from Western Hymn there at Newbury...this one has a Derby entry.Could we have an unraced 2-y-o winning at Epsom again?..he has a way to yet but will top the ton now on OR's after that.

Gosden stable on fire atm.

I'm just picking Gosden runners blind this afternoon so to sum up my day I am going for LUCKY BEGGAR in the 4.15 at Newbury. then I guess it has to be SKI LIFT in the 4.45

I'm half an hour behind with my selections. Well actually I'm ahead but you know what I mean. Sorry about that.

Yes Gosden is in form, and I hope Ski Lift adds to it.

Bollox...Howizee tips up two out when in with every chance.

Winner did win well but it would have been interesting.

Since everyone is having a go at the 5.25 at Ayr I'm going to have a few quid e/w on Howizee @ 15/2

Won this two years ago and fished second last year off 123.He races off 122 this afternoon plus the in form Daragh Bourke takes off another 7lb's.Ground is fine for him and looks as though he has been laid out for this.Should place at least.

Over at Wexford I'm going to have a small dabble in the 5.50 on Seven Acres e/w @ 20/1 with 4 places on offer.

His future will lie over fences but he has hinted at ability over timber and is upped to 3m for the first time.Dropped 2lb's to a mark of 88 he could easily get involved in this moderate contest.

Take a bow son

I watched Dex. He was in a fair position. You would have placed at least.

This Wexford bumper is intriguing because Molly Conor's isn't a strong fav in the market. The market fav could be very decent if reputation converts to the track performance. Quite looking forward to what should be a fair race for the track.

Cheers lads.

The win double or e/w double would have been nice but no point in being greedy after a 20/1 winner!

Stick I hope you have a great time at Ayr tomorrow. Are you just up for the races or making a weekend of it? I remember visiting Prestwick and Ayr many years ago, some great views whilst driving up there - some lovely countryside around.
