Sims has signed a contract after turning 17 whilst away with England U17s. He has done well with the England team and helped them qualify for the European Championships. Too early to say, but another promising youngster.

When is Hesketh 17? Surely he will be next to pen a deal

He does look a well balanced footballer from the highlights i've seen. Rowe & Sinclair looked great for the u18s but have seemingly stalled since joining the u21s. Though that could be my impatience. I wonder if these guys are physically ready for 1st team football. Look how well built Chamberlain was at 17 for example.

Rowe is hit or miss in games lately. Sinclair works really hard and creates spaces for other players. Hesketh is another youngster I can see being on the subs bench now and again next season.

I think it's great when someone works hard, gets their head down and then produces the hoped for performance. I am sure that there are those who previously felt that their position was secure, but will now have to raise their game..... so well done Fran!

Good news about the signing, too;)
