Got in to Ponteland International Airport late last night and have been catching up with family and friends today so only now getting on to the Forum. I read about Henderson when I was on holiday and guess it was discussed to death on here at the time so I won't post about that.
As far as I can tell we haven't signed or got rid of anybody for definite yet although there continues to be lots of speculation still- it looks like Quinn's earlier remarks about little happening until July will be accurate. Unless of course I have missed that we signed Messi or someone like that! Seriously, if we have made signings please up date me. (Christ, I can imagine there be some right old crap posted now.)

Italy, Limone on Lake Garda. Had a great time but now back to the harsh realities of the close season.
 
Forget all the crap from this lot pont, listen to me, a man ITK.

We are working hard behind the scenes to bring in 10, yes 10, world class players, all big names and all ready to blend into a football winning machine. Naturaly when signing lower class players one can act quickly but when dealing at top level it takes longer, contracts, 100k pw plus salaries, mansions to house wag and family, shopping vouchers for Primark.

All will be sorted within next week and major news launch will have the world watching our team, City, United, Chelsea will all take second place.

You know you can trust me mate..

If we had sold a player who had scored a hattrick against our nearest and dearest there would have been holy hell let loose on this site.
If it was the other way round, the players they have got in would have been ctiticised as being not as good as what we have sold, and it still would have been all doom and gloom.
 
Thanks for the inside information, Syd. It's good to know your millions are being put to good use by the Club. I keep waiting to hear when your statue will be put up, any news on that. I remember you posting about your big erection some time back.
