Got us on 34 points in 18th position level with Palace and Sunderland, but going down on goal difference with Brom and Fulham below us - and I must admit I put us down for a point against Chelsea to get that final position.

Now, on the other hand if we beat Chelsea on that last day though.............<whistle>

I had us down for 17th with Norwich, Sunderland and Fulham down.. May have been slightly biased with the results.. I did, however put a 0-4 loss against Chelsea

Palace managed it and by the time we play them, they'll have nothing to play for.

Besides, all our luck will come in one game. Four own goals and three penalties are on the cards for that game given what we've been given so far.

Blind optimism (on results going our way rather than any great run our part, had us making it to 16th with Sunerland and West Brom taking points off each other on the 7th making a crucial difference. That may well be a massive game for us to be keeping an eye on.

Sorry lads I tried to be as objective as I could

Sparkey its objective - the bottom line is you have only taken 4 points from the previous possible 27 points. Who knows what will happen really over the run in and you can get crazy results, obviously this weekend is a huge game and if you can turn Palace over then you will give yourselves a great chance.

Glamexile - no offence pal, but I don't think it's objective of you at all - more like the wishful thinking of some Swansea fans. Can I ask you from where we'll get those two points that you've been so generous with?

If, and I say IF we beat Palace this weekend, I've managed to work out that that'll be three points in the bin. So on that basis, we'd have to get minus 1 point in the next five games to meet achieve your projected points total for us.

Ahhh... I see it now - you're expecting us to get a 10 point deduction............<laugh>

Saturday is massive. Two teams fighting for their lives. Anything could happen, but if you have to back anyone for the win, it would have to be the home side, surely; and that's us, City. As long as the selection is bold, we should do it. Pullis knows what he's doing, but we have more ability in our team, I reckon, and if we play as we're capable of, we could put to or three past them. One thing that has changed recently is our goals scoring ratio. Six in the last two games shows that we're capable of putting the ball in the back of the net. The worry is that we're more than capable, despite our keeper, of letting more than a few in as well. If we win this one, well, I won't say it....

15 WBA
16 Cardiff
17 Norwich
18 Palace
19 Sunderland
20 Fulham

City's 1-1 draw v Chelsea following a 2-1 win at Newcastle, 1-1 at Sunderland, a 3-0 reverse at Southampton and a crucial 2-0 win v Palace sufficient to keep the bluebirds up (presuming the other results go our way <whistle>

<laugh> loving the optimism Nin <ok>

Just realised it - we're staying up!!

Had Sunderland down for a point against West Ham in the predictor yesterday, but they screwed it up last night and will now finish a point behind us. <ok>

(how things can change with just one game result <doh>)
