We need a Keeper, preferably not Lee is camp. Westwood and Given rumours have gone away? So Sven is looking at Schmeichel, he has worked with him twice so knows him well.

I think it would be a good move.

Cannot be worse than Ricardo, Only 24, and best yet to come?

Don't think we will get at that price, would expect 2-3m for him if I was a Leeds fan.

 

For about £2million you could get him, cause his contract only has a year left. He's a great shot stopper, but has made some mistakes, by no means the finished article. Westwood is on a free transfer, and is better, so I'm surprised that Sven isn't going for him.

 

Sven did go for Westwood, but i think Sunderland beat us to it.

 

I dont understand Westwood going Sunderland. Tgey have Craig Gordon and Simon Mignolet who both are decent keepers so he will be 3rd choice

 

I don't see you getting Schmeichel unless we get a good replacement in, so I don't really see it.

The £1m bit is bullshit by the way, no-one's officially mentioned any figures, just says an offer's been accepted.

 

SSN have it down as £1 mill. The early rumours were £2 mill. Who knows?

I think this is a fantastic deal for us.

 

He's good but not that good.

 

Don't expect anything amazing from him unless you have good competition for the number 1 shirt. We didn't and it showed as the season wore on.

 

I think he'll shine under Sven's mentorship and a new goalkeeping coach to be honest. He can get pick up his big wages, have his big ego and he'll still do well for you. I guess there's a very different vibe at Leicester than Leeds.
