my maternal grandparents were evacuated from guernsey during the war as children. they lived in halifax for a while but then settled in southampton when they met and got married. its close to get on a plane and fly to the island. my granddad loved all sports and supported saints and he brought up his 5 daughters to do the same. and i was duly brought up the same way, thanks mum my dad isnt really into football, he said he did like celtic when he was a little boy though, but mainly because he liked the strip (green is his favourite colour).
Manchester United, because they're my local team in beautiful sunny Salford. Lived in Swansea long enough now to have a big soft spot for the Swans.
he doesnt like rugby either. he's an athlete though, so we always watched athletics and he likes motorsport and cricket.
I hate it when a birds dad isn't into football. You have no idea what the **** to talk about when you meet them, It's awkward.
they were only children, separated from their families to live with some strangers. they went back to guernsey after the war, but it was in a complete state after the nazi's left, they didnt want to live in abject poverty with no chance of a job. they came to the mainland and southampton was the closest place to live! one of my great uncles live ooop north though, york
You know Toby thinks that I am you. At first I assumed you must be pretty cool for that to happen. But you seem like a bit of a tit.
Yes but the question everyone wants to know is do you support the Northern uprising? You have potential. You could be useful to the Northern cartel on here, we'll be in touch.
