He's one of those players who we've heard about for a good few years now which had lead me to believe he was older than he actually is. Would be great to see him turn out for us in the PL in future.
Difficult to tell if he'll 'make it' or not. Without wanting to put a downer on things, he hardly set the world alight when he was Coventry (although granted he wasn't given a great deal of game time).
He was very highly thought of a Orient though and sounds like he absolutely ran that game for southend so you'd imagine they will be giving him some game time.
