Nope, In my opinion he is. The english ALWAYS like to think we have the best players playing in the EPL but its simply not always the case.
Like I said earlier. The people of Uruguay tend to agree with me too.
Suarez is World Class but Cavani is better in the air, quicker, can hold the ball up and he is probably technically superior also.
Cavani is a BEAST. Better than Falcao, better than RVP, better than Lewnadoski and yes better than Suarez.
