    2:30 Chepstow BENEFITOFHINDSIGHT 14-1 is only five so can still be expected to improve. Ran a decent race last time until weakening in the closing stages. A few benefits tomorrow including the trip being a shade shorter, the horse being dropped 2lbs by the handicapper, a drop in grade and most importantly the services of one of the best 5lb claimers you can leg up on a horse. At the price he surely merits serious each way interest.

    Yes, that jockey is hot property. He's on a 100/1 shot in the first. Interesting that he has just 2 mounts tomorrow and it's his first ride on both. 1514/1 double?

    Ron: Think the time machine needs calibrating? Posted that last one at exactly 14:04 (the actual 'off' time), but it shows *14:09? If Northern Meeting had won, I'd have got some ALERT stick, no doubt.....<laugh>

    I am off to see Foxtrot Knight at Olly Stevens yard on Saturday, did you realise he was training at Peter Winkworth's old yard? Now he could train a juvenile.

    The fireking looks massive at 12s may be worth a dabble , ran a blinder a few weeks ago and carrying a lot less the step could be a very wise move
