Maybe :D I think the key word here is "play" Torres doesn't get many games, if you think Coleman should change club to become an expensive bench warmer then I think he'd be better off to stay at Everton.

Torres never put in a shift for us like that one for you v Villa, he was diabolical. lucky to get 10m for him, a waste of 10m if you ask me. Moving to Chelsea was the worst thing that could happen his career on a personal level when he's old he can point to his winners medals for the CL and EL as old age steals the recollections of not having earned any of them.

The C.L one is debateable (though scored in the Nou Camp - and won the corner from which drogs scored in the final) but you're talking absolute **** if you think he didn't earn the E.L one given all the goals he scored.

Torres isn't as bad as you'd like to make out but obviously we do need a more consistent forward if we are to push on. Does Suarez want to move to a big club I wonder ;)

He played well for his boyfriend Rafa in a low level comp, who gloryhunted the Europa League

Sorry but I have to respectfully disagree <laugh>

I blame Liverpool. The same will happen to Suarez as well.

Owen
Fowler
Collymore
Torres.

They kill strikers :bandit:

Fowler <laugh> Owen <laugh> Torres <laugh> Collymore <laugh> <laugh>

We killed Owen so badly Real Madrid wanted him. Fowler can only blame himself trust me. Collymore <doh> Torres. he was good enough to own Chelsea just before they signed him funnily enough. His problems were never fitness, do you think that showing at Villa last week was the result of Liverpool's handling of him? <laugh> The thing about Torres is you need to put him 1 v 1 on defenders, confidence does the rest. Not like at Chelsea with Torres getting the ball 30 yards out from goal. Liverpool played to suit Torres, Chelsea fitted him in, Torres was the main man at Liverpool, confidence was very high, he was just another face at Chelsea. A bad start and he's never recovered mentally it seems.

he shows odd flashes of his old self when the mood takes him. At Liverpool last season he took a pass in his stride and waltzed past the defender and hit a rocket against the crossbar. That's what he used to do and what he can do if you play to leave him v 1 exposed defender.

Taking shots with 3 Villa players in front of him is total frustration and the way he is used at Chelsea since joining I can understand why, put him up front for Arsenal and I bet you he would grab a decent few goals before long.

Fowler lost heart because he was forced to leave the club he loved. He was never the same afterwards, you could tell the heart wasn't in it at Leeds.

lol what a ****ing farce though, Ox handles the ball and he sends off Kieran Gibbs <doh>
Someone is going to be reffing in the conference next week <laugh>

Arsenal will be quite happy with that though, as they will get the red card for Gibbs overturned on appeal, and Oxlaide Chamberlain will get away with it. So there will be no suspensions for either of them. That's probably why Gibbs didn't kick off to much about it
