I see we're all really excited about potentially winning the league tonight. Here's some stats just to jinx it. please log in to view this image
Throwing all my principles away I decided to attend this game last night . Ended up down the front of the Broomloan stuck between the Airdrie fans and that bam that bangs his drum all through the game . Pishiest seats ever btw . Good crack though . The Airdrie fans were excellent . Cheeky ****s . Anyhoo good first half . Some good football being played . Wee Aird was especially lively and looked like a different player from Sunday . Daly didn't , he jist looks slow and cumbersome to me and you couldn't get a Rizzla under him when he jumps for the ball . Good hat trick for Jig . Two penalties but both were stonewallers . His third wis a screamer that trundled in from about 8 yards . Second half was a bit of a non event . Even big Billy had a wee sing along with the fans . Clapping along to stand up for the champions , good stuff . Good to get this one in the bag , bring on the next lot .
Rangers beat a team last night who had a player who had to go to school first, to prepare for his exams, before playing Rangers ... Congratulations on winning this league...
But dont celebrate it like winning something important ... it's a full time well paid squad beating part timers. Kinda like Celtic players going daft at winning SPREMIERSHIP ... Meh! They won it on day 1
they still celebrated it. i think most of the celebrations are tongue in cheek, its more a case of another step complete. 66% of the way back to the glorious spl.
Yet that makes Celtic's titles tainted, but Rangers not? Good news for Scottish football that Rangers are now following the rules, though
did i say they were tainted? we're not counting these towards a potential 10iar now following the rules? were you a wee bit annoyed that we scored our first two goals lastnight from penalties? not even a little?
