OK, quick English lesson. "Your" implies belonging, so this reference is to "a thick cnut" belonging to someone. However, it wouldn't (a contraction of "would not") be common to have the "a" in there. "You're" is contraction (see link below) of "you are" and suggests a trait or characteristic of someone, in this case being "a thick cnut".
