According to the Metro article Notso posted: "Instead of buying tickets to watch the cup final with Sunderland, they had tickets for the Premier League match between he two clubs at the Etihad Stadium on February 12 which was called off because of a waterlogged pitch." Bellends!
It says a lot that Gareth Bale being allowed to play 90 minutes in a friendly is considered a news story. Happened all the time when he played for us and it was never a news headline...
They are desperate to make a story about Bale because he is one of Britains top players but as he now plays in Spain we are not that interested.

It's possible that it was intentional, but there's absolute no doubt in anyone's mind that Toure's petulant kick against Norwich was, yet he escaped a ban. There's no consistency.
I can't argue that Toure shouldn't have been punished, but Adam has so much previous that he's gotten away with, that I'm just glad to see justice catch up with him at last.
