Two class signings in a week and now Leeds have repaid the 1.5 million to Flowers which will result in the withdrawal of the winding up petition.
If this is what having a bad foreign owner is about, I'm all for it

Where have you seen the Flowers payment comment?
 
Cellino is obviously the best news we've had in years. Yes he may not be the ideal owner, but at least he's putting his money where his mouth is and he still hasn't been ratified yet. I think that he is going to give the manager as many tools as he needs and see what he does with them, because the way things are looking I expect BMcD to be sacked in a couple of weeks unless he can get the best out of his toolbox. His signings so far leave a lot to be desired. Hunt and Kebe and Stewart are not good enough, Murphy started brightly but has faded and i don't think he was worth the corn so far. Marius started like a house on fire and as soon as he got a contract ****ed off to the bench/reserves. Really pleased we signed Wootton but he's gone too now so what has happened.

Jack B on Saturday earned us a point and was man of the match which shows just how shyte we've been. Why can we play really well when Brian wasn't there? Come on Brian you are getting some quality support so show the owner you deserve the job or you're history shortly <ok>
 
Just who the hell does this Cellino fella think he is ? Blocking the sale of our best player, signing decent players on loan and now paying off club debts ! Bloody hell he's even threatened to buy the ground back, the guys obviously up to no good.

Lets see what happens if he doesn't get FL approval, he'll be looking for his money back, then we'll be fecked.........but loving the positive things that he has done so far......:emoticon-0102-bigsm
 
Wickersley, this is disasterous. We're Leeds. We're not supposed to get class signings. He'll probably go and buy both Wickam and Butland before next season... or at least get them on a season long loan for next season. At least on here we have one or two whose cups are at least half full. So they should be able to cope with all this good news. How will JA & a chunk of the Kop cope? Bring back bates and Colin!!! We need some more depression to squash all this positivity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Rumor has it that Butland And Wickham are not good enough for the new Leeds Utd and will go back to their clubs. Il Duce' is bringing in a couple of Italian internationals a Spanish quartet and Tores on loan. We are already odds on favorites for promotion next season. We will also tell the property developer to fook off as we are not buying TA back and will have a new purpose built facility on part of Harewood Park as Lord Harewood offered a parcel of land before he died. <ok>

What a difference a month makes, so lets hope the team start performing for the managers sake <ok>

You've always said were two players short for promotion. I presume now Boggers, as we've got two, we are now nailed on certs yeah?
 
I will hold my hands up & admit that after the transfer deadline fiasco I didnt want Cellino within a million miles of our CLub - I got it wrong.
Cellino looks like the man to take us forward.
He isnt all hot air, he not just talks the talk, he walks the walk (unlike GFH).
He is clearly a footballing man, & not just in it to make a fast buck (Like GFH).

Morning BYL, I had same feeling, I'm still a bit worried regarding his handling of managers but I can't fault him with how he's dipping into his pocket, just hope the FL stop farting around and give him clearance...then watch the fun and games begin...:wink:
