also heard that we are after Leon Best on loan for a season with a option to buy him when the next season is over.
he can cut it in the prem so i suppose he is good enough for us.

 

this is sooo strange talking to my bro before the season ended and we realised Moro would leave we said who we could potentially get and who would we like to see... i mentioned nile ranger as he looks like a proper forward but not getting a look in an Toon really... would be a stroke of genius IMO n leon best isnt bad either? would they wanted to move the length of the country for footie though?

Just reading the newcastle fans comments , about letting him go and there not complimentry towards him ... they reckon he's a bit of a gangsta kid with tattoos more intrested in his street cred

Would prefer Best than Ranger - Nile 'Egyptian Police' Ranger is fast and has a shot, but his feet at times look to not be connected to his body, they're all over the place. He does occasionally have a good touch though and his shooting isnt bad, think he would do well.
Best looks to be a better finisher and have better feet, less pace though I think?

 

Hence the reason best is 4 million and ranger 1 million

I would hope KJ feels he can remove the dickhead element of ranger's persona so clearly evident from that photo.

However I can see him bopping in to the dressing room, jeans round his ankles, thinking he's something special because he's been in the Prem. This will not go down well with the squad and he will last all of 5 mins.

If we do get him I really hope he proves me wrong, but this lad looks like a total ****
