Wants to be given the club for **** all without actually investing (although having his fingers burned to £20m - If true - in the past its no real surprise!

As much as the ****s in power at the minute might be as dodgy as Rocket the second hand motor dealer -they have put up cold hard cash to be in control

They are in a real catch 22 situation here.

Starve the club of money and watch it die.

Give them the money and watch as they mismanage/pocket it. :emoticon-0107-sweat

"Last year King agreed to pay the South African Revenue Service £44.75m after pleading guilty to contravening tax legislation by failing to provide correct information about incomes earned over a number of years.

And King says it is only right that supporters are given full answers about their fears for the club
    ."

Mmmm, must have turned over a new leaf - or maybe not ... don't think I'd buy a used car from him though.

An appeal against the bulk of the tax debt was dismissed last October. In a devastating judgment, the court said King "has no respect for the truth and does not hesitate to lie ... if he thinks it will be to his advantage. "He is a mendacious witness whose evidence should not be accepted on any issue unless it is supported by objective evidence. "In our assessment he is a glib and shameless liar."

I thought that we all had to accept that it is impossible for a club to die now as long as someone buys the assets of the dead 'company'?

Yeah, every single article I read about him mentions £20m he "lost". I do believe he managed to get quite a bit back if memory serves me. But why let that get in the way of a good story.

Still its funny to watch. Watch them split in 2 so neither party wins - even better outcome for us watching on <laugh>
