Probably the least glamorous tie to start with but maybe with a chance of a point or if lucky enough 3. The fixtures (on paper) do not look unkind to us, in as much as we do not have the top 4 or 5 in consecutive games.
On looking at the fixtures (all teams) for the 1st few weeks I am guessing Wigan might be quite happy. Their 1st 3 games are against the promoted teams!
looking at the fixtures, it is a complete reality check isn't it that we are up there! Man Utd and Chelsea in the opening quarter - bring it on
I think it's a great start, hopefully a chance to get some points on the board but also get the hard matches (Man U away, Chelsea away) over and done with (as nice as it would be to get something I don't see it happening) rather than in the run in
While we sit and wait for the arrival of Chelski, etc, spare a thought for our poor hard-done-by country cousins http://www.twtd.co.uk/news.php?storyid=18602
First two are winnable, would be nice to start with 6 points, as for Chelsea, it depends which Chelsea turns up. If its the Chelsea from the start of last season it will be difficult but the Chelsea from the end of the season we might be able to squeeze a point.
nope it aint gunna happen this time got you guys third game of the season at SB and away at carrow road in january... can go to both games... a word of warning.. confirm your premier league status early.. your end to the season is tough.. look forward to playing you lot and good luck for next season!
The run in could be ok. Arsenal will be in their traditional end of season capitulation by then and Villa never have anything to play for by the last game of the season. Here's hoping.
