Looks hard doesn't it. Discuss...

It's good we're starting against one of the bigger teams in the Championship. Should give us some idea how hard (or easy!!) the season is going to be.

That's 3 seasons running we've started and finished the season at home. I've got a feeling that Mr. Adkins will be wanting to break out of our normal slow starting style, especially as we will will be going for a club record 7 wins in a row continuing on from the end of last season.

Interesting that the Pompey games are at Christmas and Easter, obviously the Football League's idea of festive fun...

Wheres the easy games?

It's certainly gonna be a challenging season, and looking at that lot I wouldn't be disappointed with a mid table next season to then push on the season after, I can't wait!

What does everyone think of the fixtures, If im honest i reckon it will be another bad start. Even if we had Fergie as our manager we would still have a **** start. the first couple games are quite hard though, Leeds will be even stronger this season, Along with millwill, and Ipswich who did well the second half of the season. Plus then we also have Forest and Leicester, who are both promotion contenders, then a game after that we have Cardiff and Birmingham. If you look at it that way then we actually have quite a hard start.

Fixtures which caught my eye are the Pompey games obviously, A little late into the season for my liking though, But it does mean we could actually relegate the skates at home. Another one for me is Brighton away on the 2nd of Jan, New years hangover day at the new stadium. West ham on a Tuesday night is ok for me as its just the other side of london, but it means we will be taking less down to what should of been a good game.

Coventry last game of the season is quite a easy one, doubt they will be playing for much this season, and if they do get relegated then i could bet it would be before the last game, as per last season. And another away day that catches my eye is Palace on Easter Monday. Should be a great atmosphere down selhurst
