Goalkeeper Hamer has recovered from the ankle injury which has restricted him to just one appearance since November and will be challenging January signing Yohann Thuram-Ulien for his place between the posts. Left-back Wiggins is also on the mend after suffering a hamstring injury against Wigan at the start of the month, but fellow defenders Chris Solly and Leon Cort will once again miss out due to long-term knee injuries. The Addicks are in the bottom three having lost their last four matches and not picked up a point since New Year's Day. Meanwhile, Ravel Morrison is set to make his QPR debut. The Hoops signed Morrison on Wednesday on a 93-day loan deal from Premier League side West Ham and the midfielder is expected to start at the Valley in the absence of Joey Barton, who begins a two-match ban after collecting his 10th yellow card of the season during the home defeat to Reading last weekend. Matty Phillips (ankle), Danny Simpson (back), Charlie Austin (shoulder) and Alejandro Faurlin (cruciate) all remain on the sidelines. Yossi Benayoun is fit again after a groin injury as Harry Redknapp's out-of-sorts side looks to get its automatic promotion tilt back on track following successive defeats. You sure thast right nines..had Leicester fans telling me that we didnt have the best defence in the league all week.....mmmmmmm
We only beat them 1 nil at HQ and that was a Charlie wonder strike. Hoping for the win but preparing for the draw.
Good luck to all of you that will be at the Valley. Even though I'm a bit down with the team at the moment I wish I was going. However, I thought I better go out with my wife on our aniversary instead! On the day of the wedding we won away to Carlisle in the first division. That result will do me today. Also good luck to all of those on the Tiger Club walk. Do we usually win on their marching day?
Doyler was sh*te last time out, even managing to trip over the ball. But if he gets another scrappy goal and we can keep it tight then we can nick it.
Good luck to all our travelling RRRR'sssss Have a GREAT day and do us proud. You Always do Safe journey guys ...!
Over 3000 going, that's a great turnout.....make some noise lads & lassies..... Burnley/Forest should be bit of a humdinger, a draw would be the favoured result but if there is a winner would prefer Burnley as that would keep Forest in check as long as we match the win.....
If someone has to win, I'd prefer it to be Forest, as a Burnley win will only keep them ahead of us. A draw would be excellent.
We have to win now at least 7 out of ten matches and if we take 21-23 points out of thirty then we will be in good position whatever happen elsewhere. C'moooooøn yuuuuu'rrrrrrrrrrrrssssssssssss!
I get where your coming from Col, but my thinking is that if we win and Burnley win they stay 4 points ahead of us and we have a game in hand plus it will put us 4 points ahead of Forest with a game in hand...... Definately settle for the draw in their game.....
Unless, elsewhere, they take the same points, in which case we'll be exactly where we are now!! That's why it's important what happens in other games imo.
They wont. If we take 23 points out of 30 we will be defo on the automatic promotion seat. Saying that we have to take at least seven wins out of ten. Hope that Morrison bloke is the difference, if hes not im afraid we take only 13-15 points out of 30.
See MASSIVE are still 0-0 with Boro.....also Jake Butland is playing in goal for Leeds, Paddy dropped, injured, out of favour, anyway that must be the 4th side he has played for this season...a well travelled player!!!
