No matter what he said in his press conference, he obviously disrespected the cup. I would put a lot of money on Schneiderlin, Boruc and Jrod starting tomorrow. Morgan played pretty much every game in the league one and championship seasons, he can handle two games a week, as proven by the genuinely big difference he made when he came on. No one will convince me that Pochettino played his strongest available team.

And people saying "get over it talk about west ham", if you don't like threads discussing bad performances, don't read them.

I defend him because I want to, he is the Manager of the football Club that I support, is it wrong to back him, I am not saying he got this right, but this constant drone against him isn't helpful and isn't going to change anything, because the majority are no longer listening, they have moved on. Those of you still bearing malice and bile need the kind of help that isn't available on an Internet Forum from a bunch of opinionated posters, you will have to go elsewhere.

Ok then, your positive opinions are obviously more important than anyone daring to question MP, and I will refrain from posting anything negative on the forum in the future. I apologise that my disappointment at travelling all the way to Sunderland to watch a second string team has got in the way of your enjoyment of not606.

Sarcasm is the poorest form of wit, but if you promise not to post anything negative about Poch on here again, I will consider that to be a moral victory on my part.

Why is our view that looking backwards is less productive than looking forwards not worth airing when your mindless desire to squeeze out the last little dribble of criticism over a game that's been done to death and back three times is worthy?

At this point West Ham takes priority over a result that cannot be changed. And certainly continually harping on a game THAT. IS. ALREADY. OVER.

It's difficult to imagine anything more useless than you still going on about Pochettino, even Augustin Delgado and yogurt expiry dates are more worth your time.

Ok, please can I have a list of topics and opinions that I am allowed to have then?

Some of you are absolutely unbelievable tbh. It's not even like I'm being massively negative, if I had said anything like "Pochettino out" or overreacting then I would understand people being defensive, but we are genuinely assessing the performance and the game in a fair way. If it has been done to death already, then DONT READ IT, I don't come on here for a few days after a loss so I haven't seen much discussion about it.

Still think you're wrong. I would say the selection was 95% the managers fault (I reserve 5% incase a player said he didn't feel well) and the performance is 75% the players and the manager has 25% because he should be capable of managing them to to their performance.


Now I'm off to read all your posts and hope not to find any patronising, sarcasm or pedantism: it just won't do!

The difference in this thread is that I have been talking about the game, and you have been taking snide cheap shots while not actually raising any interesting points.

I'm putting an end to this because quite frankly it's boring me. Have a nice weekend everyone, and here are my match ratings for the West Ham game in advance;

Goalkeeper - 10/10
Back 4 - 10/10
Midfield 5 - 10/10
Striker - 10/10
Manager - 10/10.

You can talk about it all you want. But you can't make me care. And the problem with you is you really, really, really want everyone to care. You've been harping on about how "important" this is all week.

It's true that if I don't care, I can just ignore you. But then again, your constant prattling becomes super-annoying after awhile. So I'm taking a bit of time out of my day, to inform you just how little I care. And hopefully, you will realize that in fact YOU DON'T EVEN CARE, you just have an inability to ever just move on from an argument.
 
This thread went sour.

Try to think of the money you saved from costly trips to Wembley to help perk yourself up. Maybe take the other half for a weekend break instead
