When you see the ability of Gerrard and his passing range, to think Fat Frank was once viewed as a better player just because he had the knack of drilling shots which usually deflected into the goal. Gerrad V Lampard should never have been a contest, Gerrard wins every time.
 
What does Gerrard have to do to get sent off, talk about players getting away with it, can`t send the England captain off can they, blatant leniency and favouritism every time with Gerrard.
 
This is a really taxing game. It's not going help either side in the Prem battle for 4th.

Oh, wait, the other six would get sent off but he'd get away with it. Wouldn't be the first time...
 
Anybody think the Arsenal player that raked Allen's ankle should've walked after 5'minutes or does your bitterness about Gerrard outweigh your rivalry with Arsenal?

I think Webb got only two decisions wrong. Missing the penalty and not booking Podolski. Gerrard's foul in the second half was never a yellow card - it was just a mistimed challenge, not reckless.
 
All the fuss, today, with Pelligrini saying that £ity are now better than United!

There are currently 6 teams better than United, including 'Pool ffs! Who'd have predicted that, 12 months ago? No one, here, I'm sure of that.

Maybe not 12months ago but a fair few of us predicted that Utd would drop out the top 4 when ol' bacon face announced he was off upstairs. I remember a number of discussions with our fave Utd fan with the phrase "you think the team that won the league at a canter will......" yada yada yada. Yes, i do think.
