Could say his young age is against him at the moment - usually central defenders at Premier League level are much more mature and experienced................then you look at Caulker.
Virtually the same age - just a year between them, but it would seem poles apart at the moment in ability.
Not sure about Nuge. Acquitted himself quite well when called upon at Championship level, but that own goal against Bristol City still sticks in my mind. He's been out at Brentford, but Rosler didn't seem to rate him after a couple of poor games. In my opinion, his time there was a complete waste in terms of his development.
Ferguson at Posh will either get the best out of him or he'll sink to that level temporarily and will have to start again to improve.
At the moment, he would have no chance of a game in the Premier League, but could be useful in the Champ if we go down and the likes of Caulker go.
