Its another less prosperous team after slaughtering a big rival. We traditionally do badly against near-bottom teams after a big win against near-top teams. We're never up to it psychologically. This could be a struggle. We should win... but just like I said before WBA- won't be surprised to drop points.
Another potential bonus is we have an extra day's rest compared to Fulham. Plus they played like their lives depended on it whereas we were throwing on Ibe and Aspas for the lols
Exactly my thoughts lastnight on the extra days rest Day and a half really when you consider how Fulham bust a gut and we eased off
Yeah and im going to the pub! Mind you, would have been in a soft play centre for a couple of hours before with my family so will need a few jars afterwards
Probably. I know when games happen whilst I'm at work, so can't watch live, we tend to do poorly. We usually win when I watch live. Everton was midweek, but I did see that live because I was working from home; snowstorm.
It'll be interesting to see what team Fulham actually play. Many have noted the extra days rest we will have enjoyed. However, the team selction for United was somewhat surprising. Now was that Fulham saving players for a game with us that they think they have a better chance of winning, a reaction to their cup exit, or signs of a major clear-out in the Summer?
I don't need to throw sicky. Will be working from home. Expected to be 2-3 inches of ice on roadways Weds morning. Ice storm... not even any snow. (Worst winter in US since I moved here). It isn't on TV in US either but NBC is broadcasting live stream of game for free for people in US- so I will have it on whilst I work.
You've had it bad, seen it all on the news Some great pictures of it all Out winter has been very mild but we've had a very wet January, we have bad floods in some places Snow expected this week for us
Yeah... although good news for me is. Snow/Ice:I stay home and can watch game. Especially this year because NBC (one of several networks comparable to ITV in UK) have US rights to Premier League and they are showing EVERY game live either on TV or streamed free. First year I've ever been able to watch more Liverpool games free than people in England. Ice storm means (unless power outage or cable internet dies) I get to watch Fulham live.
