So there must be something to it . .Maybe he's embaressed about saying something in the press and this was his way of soothing the fans , maybe not . Your wrong , Bony needs to simply say in the press that there is not an ounce of truth in the rumour , failure to do so means he said something to someone and pointing at the ground was just a bit of backtracking to take pressure off himself .
