I got a bit distracted weirdly so haven't done this yet. I personally fancy talking about something other than owners.

Previous winners:

August: 1. McCormack 2. Austin/Pearce tied
September: 1. Austin 2. McCormack 3. Wootton
October: 1. Mowatt 2. Smith 3. McCormack/Austin tied
November: 1. McCormack.
December: 1. Zaliukas 2. McCormack 3. Smith

Zaliukas got it last month, yet now he can't get into our team. How things change quickly eh..

We all know its been a poor month of football, expecting it to be tough for people to come to a decision due to a seeming lack of quality throughout the month. Obviously the Udders game isn't included so we went the whole month without a win with some very bad losses in there, it'd be just as interesting to do a poll on the worse player of the month.

Leeds 1 - 2 Blackburn
Rochdale 2 - 0 Leeds
Sheff Wed 6 - 0 Leeds
Leeds 0 - 1 Leicester
Leeds 1 - 1 Ipswich

Its hard for me to pick out any favourites for this month, haven't seen much but I would probably say Byram has had a couple pretty good games with very little fault of any of the goals conceded, played extremely well against Leicester I thought. With only 2 goals scored the whole month its hard to make a case for any strikers, only Ross and Smith got a goal to their name and I'm not sure either deserve a vote. I would actually say Pearce has played quite well, it just feels wrong though to vote for a CB when the team has conceded 12 goals in 5 games.

Anyway, as always I'm interested to see who people vote for.

Players of the month as it's shared.

David Haigh and Smiley, they have played us for mugs.
Today will be interesting, Cellino is a fit and proper person, so will GFH exchange signed contracts today, or as custodians of the club will they continue to discuss terms with Farnans large group? Either way this is off to court by the sound of it.

Ross will get the Feb one for his captaincy this weekend

Usually my joke-vote is 'Brown - for not playing' but this month it's the bloke who came from Italy to a club that knew nothing about him, on the instructions of his owner who had not actually bought Leeds, to play for a manager said 'owner' had just tried to sack.(*)

I think it's only fair, given the stick he gets, that my real vote for Jan is 'brown - this time for playing' as he may not be the future but he did pretty well considering

(*) that player is so lucky BM is a class act and will treat him fairly

Didn't stop him getting Player of the Month for January:

Ross McCormack‏@Rossmccormack44:

Delighted to have won the PFA fans player of the month this month. Thanks to all who voted.

What I am interested in is who voted for Kenny? I'd like to hear views on that one
