She said some bad stuff about the Mikail case which she then realised was a conflict with her deeply held religious beliefs which broke her already fragile mind.

We wish her well in her recuperation.

I still think shes posting as Nationalist Tiger. Theres the Hull connection and check the date of the name change, previous to the ban the account was pretty dormant.

I've got nothing against Posh or brb and trust they must be splendid people, I just don't understand why each board is made responsible for their own level of what is an acceptable standard. We've rarely banned or deleted anything, yet the supermods get involved. And why it feels a lot less 'free', largely outside gc and until recently not606 Sunderland, plus other boards I assume/hope were generally open to whatever ...

I am trying to do as little as possible.

If you are asking have I told people to clamp down on any sort of behaviour then no, I haven't instructed anyone to moderate differently from what they normally do.

Why don't clubs that want cross-board threads just start a thread on here for the pre-match / matches .... with a link from each board

That way all fans can join in (as I presume no one is banned from here)

Fans could say what they like & not offend anyone

& all the regulars could add their usual helpful comments

It was not the supermods deleting threads or even mods from other boards it was your own. GCMackem deleted a thread, the supermods never touched it. Then someone opened the thread back up, not a supermod and then someone closed it again...not a supermod.

smugs has invited trouble to the Sunderland board by trolling the Leeds board and now the Wall lads have got involved and are hitting back and Sid (your mod) has had to close and DELETE posts and threads to calm the situation. Nothing to do with the supermods, we just make an easier target to blame, than admit that your own are also removing the freedom you so seek.

^^^You will see the post at #236 has been deleted Mick.

I understand fully why Sid did what he did but it shows quite clearly that the Sunderland board is not quite the free for all, non deleting board as some may wish to proclaim.
