Such tactics show how important it is for managers of teams at the bottom to ensure they survive and also for the neutral you see which teams can break them down.

Really hope Palace stay up, their fans are just brilliant, shows up a lot of other club's fans, they make it a home game wherever they go. Pretty much what I expected from the game so far, Palace need to start passing it better in attack as I can see them conceding with Arsenal looking strong at set pieces. Chamakh's been very good again, who knew he was a midfielder?!
Arsenal's players are going down very easily too. It's always frustrating to come up against but with the financial disparity in the league it's no wonder teams will play like this.
They tend to always find a way through in the past but the level of concentration from the palace players is outstanding and why should Palace try and attack when they will get hammered on the counter. It's difficult for Palace to attack so next best method, play for a point.
Pulis may throw on Gayle but still, they will stay up if they carry on being organised so effectively they probably wrote this game off but tried to gain a point.
Once Palace came out and attacked they have caused you problems and your tight defence let them in, once you let the opposition in and they screw up a sitter then that's luck.
Not even close. They're actually competing in games under Pulis and are looking like a side that can stay up. They looked dead and buried til Pulis joined. Distinct lack of quality in front of goal, though.

If I treated HIAG as a Wum I would have him on ignore! But I foolishly take some of his comments serious ( even though I know he's on the Wum), just for the debate!
What amazes me is that it still seems to work after all this time. The Mousers, especially, get really irate at some of his more outlandish statements - some of the reactions are hilarious!..
You lot should count yourselves privileged that you are able to watch a Master Wumster at work, daily. Most wums on this site are of the common-or-garden type, very ordinary, indeed. At best, they are dull and ineffectual; at worst, they are merely vulgar and abusive. But, in me, you have a true craftsman, a wum at the very cutting-edge of the craft. The beauty is, that Gooners, Chavs, and particularly Mousers, know they are being wummed by me, but such is my craftsmanship and guile, they simply cannot help themselves. In more enlightened times, I would have been made a honourary mod of every board on this site.
