Ryan Taylor going to Bristol City. Apparently was on way for a medical when City upped the wages and he's going there instead. Not too bothered about losing him, if you look at his scoring record it isn't that exciting.

Hayes maybe a good deal for us, as Jimmy said Taylor I'm not too fussed whether he comes or goes as I know nothing about him. Granted we dislike/hate ****tu for what he done but cut wages and a short term contract may not be bad as our defence was very consistent with him and Robbo in it

Ryan Taylor I'm not fussed about losing out on. However what concerns me is, if he does sign for Bristol City, that this is another example of us not being able to compete with other Championship clubs when trying to sign a player.

Welcome to the board millwallinside and good to see another Wall boy across from 606. <ok>

I said yesterday that perhaps the club's denial of a bid for Paul Hayes might be to stop a bidding war which we always inevitably lose! <doh>

Have to say im slightly worried about other sides in our league buying championship / reserve prem players , and were looking at relegated players / league 1/2 as this league with bigger clubs will be
a whole lot tougher than last season. I think with morison going , i cant see us making an impact like last season, as i thought we would be arfter a better quality of player than the names being banded about.
yes were not a big club with mass revenue but with berylson saiyng he would like us to improve on last if poss , i thought he might just float the boat out on at least two top notch players as with a lot of clubs
out bidding us on good quality players it seems were left with the untried and tested players and marquis whos got to prove he can do it over a season and not just 5 or 6 games , same with mcquoid as this season coming he got to show what we invested in him. what happened to Le Fondre every one was banging on about ... who the hells Paul Hayes , dont think he'll strike fear in the championship , think this season will be kenny's test of character ..... even palace have brought in better signings ,along with west ham ... obviously we cant compete with them regarding wages , but not happy regarding who were looking to bring in .....
in Kenny we trust ...... ( hopefully )

    Alright Cockney. <ok>

<doh> no in a word as I'd rather have players that are hungry for success with a new challenge rather than a greedy Scouser looking for a last big pay day that the chuckle brothers are happy to give him. <doh>

    Alright Steve <ok>

You need to realise that we have already released Upson (65k a week),Ba (50k a week) and Hitzpsberger (50k a week). Once Parker (75k a week),Cole (50k a week) and a few others leave,we'll have a vastly reduced wage outlay. Nolan will be the only one on that sort of money, and the chuckle brothers are not short of a few bob (they have vowed to cover any shortfall).

So don't worry about us mate, we'll be just fine <ok>

I cannot wait for next season :bandit:

    Worried about the Shammers. <laugh>

I realise that your free up loads of dough getting rid of so many players but it doesn't mean you have to go wasting it on another money grabbing ****er only there for a big pay deal - that's your club's problem they never learn even through bitter experience and its almost as if they don't care but the fans will when your sliding into administration the season after next.

I read the article weeks ago in the evening standard that the chuckle's will personally cough up £20m each if you went down. <ok>
