So saw we have an extra hour due to Kono being an international signing???? What? That has to be made up.
 
I wasn't that bothered anyway as I don't think its an important area for us. I said I would be annoyed if we don't sign a CM and that as come true. However, I find the reaction on here very amusing considering there is still 42mins to go for international deals and its someone most of us had never heard of, its £15m for a 24yr old Ukrainian who is in a poor league with just a year left (surely six months?) on his contract.

"What I'm trying to establish is whether Liverpool have submitted their deal sheet, which has to have gone to the Premier League by now if they have any chance of signing Yevhen Konoplyanka today. The club have been saying nothing and as yet no-one knows whether this has got over the line."

"Liverpool will not be signing Yevhen Konoplyanka today. I don't have the details of why but the deal is off."
 
Hope this window doesn't come back to bite us on the ass.

One thing is for sure, something in our recruitment policy is severely wrong. The club has wasted a lot of time tonight.
