Only issue maybe the way we conduction or dealings (I know it takes two to tango, in that the selling club want to make the deal), but another chap that doesn't end up at the club is becoming more of a coincidence?
Maybe give Rodgers some help in the form of a FD with a pull in the footballing world? And keep Ayre to the commercial deals, on which he's doing a bloody good job!

Well maybe so but sometimes people will act out of principle and not think of the consequences. If u are not happy in your job should you stay there? It's just he has had this situation happen before and it can't be coincidence or bad luck. Sure it's only some winger from the Ukraine and we may get 4th anyway..but it would be better to have him than not. However, if we were to sign say m'vila instead then that would be good too. But don't think that will happen too.
The consequences of not getting 4th are unthinkable if Suarez does go. No amount of money can replace him...ask spurs
 
Lol, how on sweet **** is this Rogers fault? Those knives weren't very well hid fellas. Let him turn around and actually drop to 5th first, make aiming easier.....

News flash. We''re in 4th spot despite not getting all those transfers in the summer and funny enough any transfer in January wasn't going to keep us in 4th for the next 4_6 weeks unless he's been playing in the PL.

Seriously, be frustrated by all means but pick your targets correctly. Oh and go back on to FIFA and see who we should have bought other than the plank dude no one knew until they googled him, the salah dude no one knew until they googled him and the half dozen names you didn't know until we didn't get them in the summer. (Except you Bluff, you know them all somehow lol)

I'm not sure I like our negotiating style either but by god it ain't Rogers fAult. Big holes in midfield, yes, disorganized defence yes...

Not throwing enough money around to attract every two bit mercenary player? No.
