I very much doubt they'll do anything; it's obvious people don't care that the RB won't be competitive, let alone the lesser teams, looking across various forums you can see people are giddy as hell and already ridiculing them. If Mercedes had been in this situation however, yeah it's not hard to imagine how different the response would of been.
There's been rumours of crankshaft problems with it as well, apparently Toro Rosso complained about vibration during the first day. They've got a list of issues as long as their arm and they haven't even been able to push it yet.
It's official, Marussia have a better car than Red Bull as they can actually last a whole installation lap.
Teams have already said that this test is more about getting use to everything, and making sure it's reliable rather than performance. They had said that the next test in Bahrain they will be doing more performance runs.

So rather than stay with the engineers they've just got a sulk on and ****ed off, having stuck two fingers up to Renault before they left. As Vettel would say "Nice boys, nice", but not in a good way
McLaren must have told him to just go out and drive looking at how he is already settled into the top 4.
