OGS has faith that Corny will come good for us, does this change our view on him, or is Ole fighting a losing battle to get Corny into this seasons action. http://www1.skysports.com/football/...er-supports-cardiff-striker-andreas-cornelius
If he doesn't work out Sparkey , then it won't matter, it will only make a difference if he starts living up to his acclaim and price tag
Good to see OGS gave him the benefit of 2 weeks work "So that's what we're doing now with Andreas. We're trying to get him going and working on his confidence. "He's not had any luck in front of goal, so we'll work every day putting crosses in and getting him fit. He will make an impact at the club." .....or maybe not
I hope oly does well but i think he is a keen young man that is trying to do a job that is over his head. The premiership is a difficult place to manage if you have experience let alone where he came from. He is going to have a hell of a job trying to keep cardiff up this season with so little experience. I really hope he gets a break but i cant see it unless he can get someone who has experience to guide him and he is not stubborn that he ignores any advice..
Ole seems very much the diplomat, he has said what a great bunch of players we had, whilst getting in players to replace them. Perhaps he was hoping a bid would come in for him and was talking him up a bit. One thing is sure, it didn't take him long to realise what we all thought, Corny isn't up to the job by a long chalk. We all had high hopes for him so it's a pity in that sense
