It's been on the cards for a while. I reckon Pardew has got one or two replacements lined up. He's got an eye, that's fo' sho'.

I think you'll find that Mr Carr is the one with the eye for footballing talent.... now if you meant other 'talent', that is a different story :D

FACT :) In will come a midfielder from left field. If he does well then Pardew will be smiling to the cameras. If he doesn't it will be brushed off as someone else's problem.

Why is Cabaye-Morgan not France's first choice centre mid pair.

Because it's France. Because Deschamps doesn't like players who aren't either:

A) His mates
B) Over 40
C) Playing in France
D) Playing for a famous club.
E) Willing to kiss his boots and proclaim he was never a water carrier

Because they don't play with a 'pair' in midfield (Cabaye starts for them frequently, but not in a defensive role) and there are about 20 defensive midfielders (seriously) ahead of Schneiderlin.

I see Newcastle are finally getting Luuk de Jong. Could take some of the Cabaye pain away.

This might be true, I wouldn't know. But I'm sure Pards still has to observe any new player himself before signing them. You don't know how many players the scouts highlight for the manager to watch. Most likely dozens if not more.

And did he not sign Lambert and Fonte for us? Both now premiership quality players. Plus - correct me if I'm wrong - David Connolly, Dean Hammond, Dan Harding, Jason Puncheon and a few more. His signings were quality for us. His tactics and management are another story however.

Agree with the second part you wrote for sure.

On Mr Carr, he has a hell of a reputation for spotting talent, so I would be delighted if he fell out with people there and ended up at St Mary's scouting ... his son could do the half time entertainment :D

Kenwynne Jones confirmed to Cardiff, with Peter whatshisname turning up at the Stoke training ground at the correct time; after he has signed.

Their players are embarrassingly good compared to England, look at all the players Morgan could be pinging passes to. I can't work out why they seem to be in perpetual crisis mode.

PS Cabaye leaving is probably good for us, although finishing 8th v 9th isn't a huge deal in the long run. As long as we can find some of the form from earlier in the season anyway.

Well, I'll be dayumned!!! Just found out who you're 'chatting' about. Crazy!

Christ. FC Copenhagen have said on Twitter they're close to re-signing Andreas Cornelius, apparently for £3.5m, a £5m hit to Cardiff. Great move from Cardiff, eh?

Vegard Forren MKII. Another strange one, except their one did actually play.

So is it just Kenny Jones and Frazier Campbell scoring the goals to keep them up. Good luck...
