It definitely could have been a pen with the arm on the shoulder, it depended on Gayle taking 5 seconds to go down!
Which makes it a ****ing dive.
To be fair Carlisle did use a good example - Ronaldo. Sometimes when he gets tugged back he just stops and stands still straight away. That gives a more obvious effect.
