Have to work hard at getting injured players back soon. Spoke to them today.

Need them to work evern harder to get back as quickly as they can as the squad needs them. Reaction was great. We're all in it together. Have to make do with what we have got.

* If we can bring anyone in then great, if not we battle on.

anybody else a bit worried by that comment? or anyone reckon its a bluff and mega signing on way lol

No because its the truth. Put your quote along with his other statements regarding possible imports and its clear that they are working on the situation but have nothing definite to report.

Now the log-jam is starting to break then we may see more action. However, we may not get the people we want at the price we are prepared to pay and therefore we need ALL of our existing squad to help us win as many points as possible.

Romolu, Rafael Carioca, and Jucilei ( at Anzhi could be worth a cheap punt) are all decent-very good CDM in the russian league. <ok> All Brazilian in case you want to have that link between Lucas and Coutinho and a style of play of closing down, being comfortable on the ball, but still able to cover ground. Fernandinho shows how vital that player could be for us.

so you are not worried if that ends up the case then, and think we have enough for cl football spot?

i think we are too thin personally, esp of quality.

Hopefully, we can bring in a good DM soon. If not, we'll probably not challenge for a top four place. If we'd got Salah, we could've possibly coped better without the DM but, without another signing, a DM is a sine qua non for our season. Of course Liverpool getting gazumped for players is nothing new, first Tottenham and now Chelsea. Admittedly, not all the players we were in for have worked out, but there's always an exception. Come on BR, let's get someone. The squad needs quality additions ... and soon.

Weve got a DM you can have, free of charge.... NO, we'll pay you, whatever it takes. For the love of god man take him!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure that worry is the right word. If we can get the right players in this window to improve the squad I will be delighted. However, if that is not possible and we have to continue with our present squad then we have to accept the fact. I'm not going to start criticising the club or individuals because I don't know the full facts about their efforts.

As it stands there is time for a lot to happen and of the moves that have been made there's not too much to make us worry
