• Mauricio Pochettino said to be reluctant to stay without Cortese
• Katharina Liebherr takes over as non-executive chairwoman

Could lead to their manager exiting and possibly some of their top young players. They are in such a healthy position that for Cortese to walk away, must mean there are potential problems.

Cortese wanted to keep running things his way and Liebherr wanted a bigger say, I think. Potentially massive loss.
Rumour has it that she wants to sell up, so that could lead to anything.

Shaw to Chelsea will be the first move, in my opinion. Could be really disruptive if the manager goes.

Both big improvements on Sagbo, in my opinion. A lack of quality forward options has held you back a bit, so you should push on now.
