Dave Bassett was manager for the first match and Steve Harrison for the third. The second was no manager.
I'm out then BB - don't really want to google as i'm too much of an arrogant, smug git for that so will await someone else getting it correct with interest!

Started the tie with Bassett (spit, spit) as manager, Tom Walley managed the team for the first replay, then Steve Harrison was manager for the second replay.

Spot on - it was planned to be an extension to the north london section part of the northern line running overground instead of underground.
