Suarez has scored against Arsenal, City, Chelsea, Everton, Spurs and Man Yoo, they weren't all in one season but Ronaldo had more years and games in the Prem to score his big game goals.
We see how he plays against Arsenal Manchester City and Chelsea at Anfield. They marked him very tightly away.

It's obvious that most Liverpool fans are going to think Suarez is better and most United fans are going to think Ronaldo is better.
In my opinion Ronaldo is the best player in the world and the only other that comes close to him is Messi. Suarez does definetly deserve the 'world class' tag but I just don't think he's currently on the same level as those 2.
