I have 2 possibilities: muscle man referring to the charcter in the animated series Regular Show but I have absolutely no idea which type of music or Arnold Schwarzenegger and as he was born in Austria, classical.

    No.....

What muscle man said there is only one type of music and what type did he mean?

Clue: Think a little cryptic ... .the words muscle man are in italics so perhaps we are not talking about a weighlifter per se ... but this is clue in itself..

Don't know the answer, but I am reminded of the line in the Blues Brothers when, having put the band back together, they are looking for somewhere to play they go into a bar and ask the owner what kind of music they have. 'Oh we have both kinds' she replies 'country and western'.<laugh>

    The story of Vicky....

"England, the 19th century. Young Victoria is crowned to be the queen of England. She aims to do her best in order to help her country prosper. However, the family and her trustful advisor, Lord Melbourne, plan marriage for her. She is to get married to a German prince Albert. But Victoria sees her future differently and decides to leave London for a few days. She goes to Paris. On her way to France, she stays incognito in a little tavern in Dover with a baroness. There by chance she meets a handsome man and falls in love head over heels. Later, however, in very strange circumstances, it turns out that the handsome man is prince Albert himself"

The link isn't a person but Dover is sort of on the right lines for half the answer.
