I have 2 possibilities: muscle man referring to the charcter in the animated series Regular Show but I have absolutely no idea which type of music or Arnold Schwarzenegger and as he was born in Austria, classical.

Clue: Think a little cryptic ... .the words muscle man are in italics so perhaps we are not talking about a weighlifter per se ... but this is clue in itself..

Don't know the answer, but I am reminded of the line in the Blues Brothers when, having put the band back together, they are looking for somewhere to play they go into a bar and ask the owner what kind of music they have. 'Oh we have both kinds' she replies 'country and western'.

I go cryptic to make the googling a little harder!
The link isn't a person but Dover is sort of on the right lines for half the answer.
