I'm assuming Stewart is for free since his contract begins when his Hull contract finishes (ignoring the played for 2 clubs already rule)? If so bargain, we're very good at turning players around who look to be throwing away there talent (Gradel, Snodgrass, Diouf, Somma etc) if not so what? He's for free. Judging possible reward (i.e him becoming one of the top young wingers in the Championship worth £4m+) vs possible risk (find out he's duff within a full season and half and waste say couple hundred k worth of wages) I think it's a smart investment.
Think we will pay a loan fee,but will only be small £100-£200,000

Sorry do you have to be a fanboi to post now.

I have followed this team since 1968 (5 years old). Attended hundreds of games, and go home and away to almost every week. The only thing I am interested is been entertained for my cash. I am not interested in having anyone speaking for me, I despise anyone connected who puts their own interests ahead of those of the team. I leave it to you to decide how many of those names have done or are doing that.

I see you are wetting yourself because today has been a good day on paper. But it is really the minimum I expect from my team. If you are easier to please I am pleased for you.

I just reckon your an anarchist:bandit: won't be happy till no ones in charge....that or a God complex in which no one is wise enough, smart enough and as loyal to LUFC to run the club apart from you ;) <cheers>

So, with the right management, he could be developed?

Nothing to do with management.
He has the talent but lacks the desire to be a top top footballer.
He went to Burnley on loan last season and came back a porker.
Also, his other biggest problem is the amount of stepovers he does. He ends up tackling himself.

I just want someone in charge doing it to have a good football team and not an income stream.

Surely the two go hand in hand, good football team = good income stream and vice versa? Well possibly not good income stream equalling a good football team as you could be getting bled dry by some old ****er for every penny but theoretically it works.

I was speaking to my pal who is a Hull fan today. He said he is a good player, not good enough for the premiership as things stand but very pacy and can take on a man. We shouldn't rely on him to win us games apparently but should be able to hold is own if he puts in the hours.
