Hes not good enough for Hull, don't think Charlton were over impressed with his loan spell. Probably cheap though as contract almost up
Showed so much potential acouple of years ago but for what ever reason just started going backwards. Always got the impression Bruce wasn't happy with his attitude. If you get the Stewart we had 2 years ago you will have agood little player, hopefully you can get the best out of him.

Bannan, Barkly, Livermore, (are the names that spring to mind) et al?
Maybe we don't get the best out of our loaners. We seem to make them look bad
I think loanees are often unhappy being loaned out. Unhappy players just do not perform.
Make the lad happy and he could be a star, maybe...

Right, but Max probably had a good attitude during his loan spell.
For some players they embrace the opportunity, others are pissed of that they have been shipped out!
Lets face it, Cameron Stewart could have 2 glass eyes, & 2 wooden legs with dry rot & woodworm AND STILL be our best player judging by our last few games!
He can be a very good player, lightning quick and skilful, a bit indecisive in te final third but that will probably come with experience. He slipped and did his knee in for us and ever since he always looked frightened of injuring himself again, he's already very lightweight but he got even easier to bully out of games after returning. Once a defender roughed him up a little he got ball shy, and just wouldn't try to take a man on.
Very good on his day though, could possibly still make a PL player one day yet, but he needs to toughen up and stop being a pansy when the going gets a little rough.
