Not sure, if he has it's due to injury as he has 2 of the world's finest wing backs as competition. The reason I think he wants to move on with his career?? He's just what we need to be honest as he can play on both sides and has quality.
If he's playing atm (due to injury or not) then he won't want to move at this time. He should have the belief in his own ability, if he has then he should believe he can grasp this chance of becoming a regular, irrelevant of who was ahead of him.
